Anti-Bullying, Odd Socks and Children in Need!

Anti-Bullying, Odd Socks & Children in Need!

Many thanks to those of you who were able to attend Review afternoon on Wednesday. If you were unable to attend please contact your child’s class teacher to make an alternative appointment.

Next week is Anti-bullying week and the children will be doing a variety of activities promoting good friendships and tolerance. This year theme is “All different. All equal”. To recognise and celebrate this we will be having an odd sock day on Thursday 16th November where children should come to school in their uniform but in odd socks!

Next week is also National School Meals week. We will be having a themed day on Friday 17th November “USA” - with a cheeseburger, fries and chocolate brownie and ice cream lunch. This is free to all Infants and a £1 to Juniors who pay for their dinners. Fishy Friday is now on Wednesday!!!

Friday 17th November is also ‘Children in Need’ day. This year are going all spotty again. Children In Need are having a “Spotacular” – so children are encouraged to come in some spotty item of clothing or make it spotty. Usual prizes for most creative spots! £1 donation per family.

Thank you for your continued support.

Kind regards
